Wednesday July 30th 2008Hi,
I would like to say a big Thank You to Comfort Quilts. My daughter Abby has cerebral palsy and we recently had to take her to Stirling Royal Infirmary. While there a nurse asked us if we would like one of your quilts. Abby, who has limited communication, couldn’t keep her eyes off it. The colours were her favourite and she loved the feel of the fleece backing. I was delighted with it as I have been looking for a cover to go over her legs (she’s in a wheelchair) for some time. It is the perfect size, enough to round her without too much needing tucked in and it is so individual.
I think what your organisation is doing is wonderful. It really brightened our and Abby’s day.
Many thanks MP.

January 2008To Rhona,
Thank you very much for the blanket you made. My name is Lauren L and I am being treated for Leukaemia. I have finished the intensive Chemo and am on chemo tablets now. I took a temperature on New Year’s Day and was in the ward when I was given the blanket you made.
Thanks again, love Lauren – LL

6th Feb 2008Dear Rhona,
Thank you for your kind gift me and my family think this is a lovely idea to give hand made blankets to sick children in hospital. I would also like to give a big thank you from my son Dylan.
